Account & Data Deletion

Delete your account from the app

Open Lodge OS Kitchen, tap the account icon (top-right on mobile, or your name in the sidebar on a tablet/desktop browser), then tap Delete My Account under “Danger Zone” and confirm. This takes effect immediately:

• Your account is deactivated — you can no longer sign in.
• Every active sign-in session is revoked, on every device, right away.

Requesting a full data purge

Deleting your account in the app deactivates it immediately. If you'd also like your name and email fully removed from your account record (rather than just deactivated), email the lodge from the same address you used to sign in:

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

On request, we delete:

• Your account profile (name, email, Google/Apple sign-in identifier)
• Your authentication session tokens

What is retained

For operational and historical recordkeeping, Montana Fly Fishing Lodge retains the following even after a deletion request:

• Recipes, menus, and grocery catalog entries — these are lodge operational content, not personal data, and are never attributed to the staff member who created them.
• Grocery lists, ad-hoc grocery items, and prep checklist records may retain the name or email you used at the time as a plain historical note (e.g. “checked off by Jane”) — these are kept for kitchen operations continuity. Email info@montanaflyfishinglodge.com if you'd like these specifically reviewed or redacted.
• Records required by applicable tax, employment, or lodging regulations.

Retention period

Account and personal data is retained for as long as you use the app. Deactivation via the in-app button is immediate. A full profile-data purge, once requested by email, is completed within 30 days.
